Payment Info 2020 Season

 

Total price which includes initial deposit.  The remaining balance minus the deposit may be paid in full by Dec. 10th (in order to receive a FREE CATS sweatshirt) or monthly installments which are due the 5th of each consecutive month starting in December. The initial deposit is non-refundable and due at the commitment signing after making a team. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lodging, travel ,ERVA & JVA player membership expenses are NOT included in these prices.

 

Club Fees Cover:

 

ERVA administration fees (background checks, fingerprinting, certifications, etc.) ERVA team and coaches registration fees, insurance, medical supplies, gym rental fees, coaches travel expenses, club administrative costs, taxes, equipment, team apparel/gear, tournament entry fees (includes power leagues, regionals, local and travel tourneys).

 

**Payments can be made using Pay Pal.

  • A one time payment in full may be made by the 10th of December (Total Price minus the initial deposit) and will result in receiving a FREE Cats sweatshirt!

  • A payment option is also available with no free fan gear. Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month. A reminder email will be sent to those players who did not make their payment by the due date and will go out on the 7th of the month. Payments are due no later than midnight of the 10th of the month or a $15 late fee will be assessed to that players account and the "NO PAY NO PLAY" policy will go into effect until payment is made.

 

NO PAY NO PLAY POLICY:

 

Because there is the OPTION TO PAY ONLINE WITH PAY PAL, we will strictly enforce the "NO PAY NO PLAY" policy. The policy will work as follows: PAMENTS DUE on the 5th of each month. If payments are not recieved by the due date, a reminder email will be sent by the 7th of each month. You will then have until the 10th of the month to complete your payment. If the director has not recieved communication, then the coach will be notified that your daughter will be ineligible to practice or play until there is something worked out with the director. Accounts that remain unpaid for three or more weeks will be considered “Not in Good Standing” and reported to the Evergreen Region office of USAV which may affect a player’s participation during the subsequent club season.
